Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

To start a return, email us at kang290308@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged.
